I took care of Amaya today while Jan was at work. We had a good morning, and a not so good afternoon. After today, I have a deeper understanding of and respect for the work that stay-at-home moms do. As much as I love my daughter, I don't think I would enjoy staying home (alone) with her all day, every day. I don't believe I have the patience nor the tolerance for the extended bouts of VERY LOUD crying... not to mention the crying that Amaya does! Ha, ha. :o)
I'm glad that Jan wants to be a stay-at-home mom. I hope that soon, we can make it a reality.
